18 May 2023 - My attempts to recover the butterfly that I used to swim in my student years continue, but are still quite unsuccessful with only a slight improvement. The reason is as before - the lack of sufficient power destroys the elements of the style; what prevented me for over two years from building the necessary power was my poor decision to carry a 50kg weight for about 10m, which caused some problems (fortunately not too serious).

6 February 2020 - A chance for some swimming in the winter. Svetla's freestyle (crawl) is good, but my attempts to recover the way I swam butterfly in my student years are still quite unsuccessful (the lack of sufficient power destroys the elements of the style).
